Day 276 July 17 Lower Hudson Valley Croton-on-Hudson NY

We are still based out of Croton-on-Hudson at Half Moon Bay Marina.  The weather, like the rest of the USA, is HOT with little breeze on the Bridge.....so at over 100 degrees we have to stay inside or drive around and look at the countryside.

We are at the end of the "Dog Dock"...Condo owners do not want Dogs on their lawns

Our drive on 9D took us North to Cold Springs Village which is a haven for antiques-lovers and built on a hillside.  We are staying on the roads following the river so we can visit some of the small towns that we would not be able to go into by boat.
