Day 347 July 5 Fraser Park Marina Trenton ON

Trenton is a very popular stop on Lake Ontario as it is the entrance to the Trent-Severn Waterway.  Population is 15,000 people.....Marion is a little larger and Mt. Carmel is a little smaller.....

It is home to 8 Wing/CFB Trenton, Canada's air transport depot which is the backbone of the community other than boaters in the summertime.  CFB Trenton is also responsible for land and marine search and rescue operations in Ontario and parts of Quebec.  That means they will save us.

Fraser Park Marina has it all for transient boats.  It is downtown where all the local amenities can be found.  We will be finding all these local amenities before entering the Waterway
