Day 416 September 12 IVY Club Peoria

Today we are staying in port.  It is raining and cold.  We are in the 50s today.  Four boats left this morning and Tim, the Dock Master says six boats are coming in today.....
IVY Club has flooded three times in 107 years and they were flooded last year to the point they have a new million dollar club house.....
