Departure day for the Nanseann and crew. At 9:30AM we are headed for RJ Marine Associates for diesel and a pumpout.....prices for fuel in the US are cheaper than Canada so we wanted to top off the tanks

Headed upstream toward Wolfe Island where we will take the Wolfe Island Cut into Canada. One interesting point about Wolfe Island is its Wind Facility which consist of 86 (262-foot) tall wind turbines scattered throughout the island and visible about 30 miles away in daytime. We saw them as we crossed Lake Ontario and entered the St. Lawrence River. This is the second largest windfarm in Canada, it has a capacity of 197.8 megawatts.
Read the charts Captain those are rocks
Wolfe Island Lighthouse
We cross into Canada at 10:10AM
Today we travel thru the Amiralty Islands and each of the island groups has its own character. If a label were applied to the Amiralties, it would be "Scenic Winding Channels with Old Quaint Cottage Resorts."
Local cottage owners mark the shoals and rocks for their use
Best cottage yet
Their own private island with all their toys
Been shopping in Gan
Bet they live here
We followed our paper charts and we followed the chart plotter and came thru the Amiralty Islands into Ganagoque Municipal Marina. "Yes, Mr. Robinson, you can pick any open dock on the 700s." We stern in with some Canadian help. Thank You!
The Captain must check into Canadian Customs and Miss Saddi and I must stay on the boat.
We have traveled 12.2 miles today making this a total of 112 miles since we left Brewerton NY.
Captain checked in....they didn't keep him.....50 Amp which means for us "hot water" and a stove (220 in other words)
