Day 332 June 20 Boat Trip to the Boldt Castle Leg Three

Departing Bold Castle we travel upstream to Clayton With Wellesley Island (the largest of the Thousand Islands) on our starboard side.  There is a saying on the RIVER......when you go around Wellesley Island you become an honorary River Rat.....We Have and We Are!

What a beautiful day and we didn't have to watch our charts and be on the look-out for rocks.  We looked into staying at Alexandria Bay, which is across from the Castle, but at $4 per foot the tour boat was a better option.

Sunday we depart Clayton and clear customs into Canada in Gananoque ON at the Municipal Marina.  From this point it will be FREE WiFi at Marinas.....

So I will keep up with the blog but will publish when I have internet service.  We have the Canada/Mexico Verizon Plan which gives us 1000 minutes to share and unlimited texting for our phones.  The catch is the Data Plans.......we are using the Global Data Plan which costs $25 for 100mb to keep from having roaming charges.  As you know uploading pictures can get costly.....
